There are so many different rules and regulations out there when it comes to distressed properties.
By taking the Certified Distress Property Expert class I feel I can be a true professional by providing the
Proper Forms and the Excellent Service that is needed for both the buyer and the seller.
I am offering to ALL Realtors a 25% referral for any listings that you forward to me.
I will do all the work that is needed to Sell the property.
All you have to do is provide me with the clients information.
A referral form will then be sent to you confirming I received the information.
How easy is it to make a 25% referral fee for just providing me with information of the seller.
